Information on rental terms
- Most of the cars are comfortable and well equipped (air-conditioning, power steering, Radio CD, power door lock),
- One rental day is 24 hours,
- The customer receives a car with full tank and is obliged to return it full tank too,
- Animals can be transported only in suitable containers,
- Smoking in Depart cars is forbidden
- Minimum age for rental: 21
- Any exiting the boarder must be reported to the car rental employee
Documents
ID is required and a driver's license valid for at least one year. In case of additional drivers, Ids and driver`s licenses are required. In case of businesses, copies of the following documents: Regon, NIP and statement about registration with Registry of Economic Activity or copy of KRS record.
Insurance
We offer a full car insurance which is included in a price.
Short and long-term rental
A short-term rental is from 1 to 3 days
A long-term rental is from 4 to 10 days
An extra day is calculated if a rental period is prolonged for more than 1 hour. The rate of rental will not be reduced for a prolonged period. Customer has the right to shorten the rental period, yet it will involve the rise of rental rate and the extra charge shall be paid.
Delivery of a car
Delivery or collection of the car in Opole is free of charge. Outside Opole the charge is established with a customer individually.
